Nancy in the M Club Lounge was the best and most helpful to all of us! Mary too! Shout out to both of them! They’re even gonna be open thanksgiving in the lounge. Love the aroma-therapy based bath and shower products. Wonderful showers, bathroom is a bit small but the walk in shower makes up for it. Didn’t notice until the next morning after a long day of driving! Service dog friendly! No problems or complaints. Was credited points for that inconvenience, was advised to let them know so they can switch the room. Heat was the only option as the AC was busted. Beautiful hardwood floors, I need extra room for my yoga sometimes so I moved the bed, very dusty and not kept up with under that area. No upgrade was given, did get a higher floor. Parking is real easy! Check in I was greeted kindly and thanked for my platinum elite status.
